Just wanted to ask if people have any ideas if any of the u21 can step up at this time and get into the squad|team , should we get dobbin back ect. My only hope is dyche creating a seige menatlity withing this squad and we can get the results, either way if this team goes down will also give him a great idea of who is up for the fight. The obvious name to step up is Stanley Mills as we are obviously way short of wingers. Lampard was a fan and if Dyche agrees I think he’ll see action before too long.
Got to try to take some positives out of the situation and maybe out of necessity a young lad like him gets his chance and takes it.

For me there’s no Rooney or Alan Whittle like figure in the u21s who could resurrect our season . We do have 2 or 3 kids who if handled right could get onto the bench and maybe get game time , Isaac Price and Stanley Mills being the most prominent. It would be tough pitching them into a relegation fight though. Getting the best out of the older Ellis Simms would be the most likely option.
