I just checked our Royal Mail account to see if we can improve, and your order on Monday, was shipped the next day. Royal Mail’s delivery aim is 3-5 working days, I can see from their tracking they tried to deliver within this time frame (on the 5th) but was unable and you had to collect which I figure is why it might have seemed like it took a while? But for future ref, delivery aim is 3-5 working days. Thanks again for the order.
