People have been crying and moaning about the attitude and mentality of this squad for years now and it finally seems like we have a manager who is old school and likes to instill qualities of working hard and putting a little sweat on the shirt. And now a lot of you seem offended by that.

I was so optimistic when I listened to Frank's 'high performance podcast, ' he talked such a good talk.

I think it's fair to say his performance wasn't that high in the end.

I'm curious to know how it would end us? Leeds, Newcastle, Man City, Villa and West Ham are all decent sized clubs that were relegated in the last 25 years and have all bounced back, some better than others.

Forget “warm weather training”, they need to be chased across Brecon Beacons followed by a search squad with floodlights and dogs. That will toughen them up for the relegation battle ahead ?
