The idea that 33/34 points would be enough was always a joke. Teams always raise their game when their premier league future is at stake.

I reckon we will need 38/39.

I wouldn't know enough about that table, but the last 6 or 7 years has tended to be 35 and down to stay up.

We look a different proposition under Dyche.

I'm not counting my chickens yet. Our next 5 games are crucial, we need at least 3 wins from that imo because after that is a nightmare run

Forget Southampton and Bournemouth. Them two are gone. They have to be. I don’t see any of the teams currently above finishing as low as 33. Would take a complete meltdown scenario for that to happen (West Ham will improve) Despite how poor they all have been this season they are still on course for around a 40 point finish if they maintain the same levels. Leeds are the one. But i still see them hitting 40
Finish above them and we stay up.

None of them are on course for 40 currently really are they? I can't see them all improving. Logic would state at least one does worse than previously.
West Ham have got Europe to contend with soon, that could have an impact.
Left field one is Palace, they could really get sucked in.
