Pineapple on pizza: there's a longstanding GOT debate regarding its social acceptability or if it is the hallmark of deviance.

Well, I came across this on a menu on my travels earlier today:


That is right, blackberries (Mure is Romanian for blackberries) on pizza.

I'm all in on pineapple, but Blackberries feels a step too far for me.

Thoughts GOT?

Hot pepperoni, chopped jalapenos, red onion, smidge of extra mozzarell. American hot. Served. Ace with both lager and wine. Can't improve perfection.

I am, of late, frequently in a state of vexation. I attribute my increasing belligerence on the heat, drinking outdoors and Kenwright.
Therefore, I caution, i should not be thought of as a paragon of restraint or tolerance. But, seriously, blackberries on a pizza?

Nothing up with that lad, flavour sensation. Personally think we should have the option of just a pineapple and salt pizza..

It's not that different to fig is it really, and figs are fairly common on pizza. A pear and blue cheese white pizza too, with honey
