Nope. Do not give him a free ride. His selection was awful. Left it too long to make changes. I am absolutely certain Danjuma or even Cannon would have scored at least one of those Maupay chances. DCL should have been on the bench.

I'm sorry you have to put this on Dyche. I like Dyche but he's messed up. I despair.

Yeah, sets up well. But his game management, ie when the game is in play, is really crap.

And yes, he does have choices. Danjuma, dobbin, cannon, all will offer more than maupay and are all more likely to score.

Are Dobbin and Cannon mature enough to get in those positions in the first place?

This isn't on Dyche. He's set the team up to have FOUR CLEAR CUT chances. He has limited options apart from two kids.

Danjuma i expect wasnt fit enough to start.

On Dyche? People must be on the drink.

He set up a side that fluffed several gimmes in the first half. Maupay et al made up part of that structure.

He can't strap on the boots and do their jobs for them himself!

To be honest I reckon Dyche could do a better job than Maupay upfront, so yeah, this on Dyche for picking that fraud of a football player
