I'm absolutely convinced the club was heading for financial ruin under Moshiri - just look at the cost cutting at the end of August !

So I'm more than happy to finally have a full takeover. We needed a complete change of ownership, not the pointless minority investment that was being rumoured for months.
We had a multi billionaire owner and a joke of a chairman that’s had us on the brink of relegation and financial ruin, also we could be hit with a points deduction for breach of FFP and yet fans are concerned about the new owners!! Unbelievable

The statement itself was very telling & even quite candid, I thought. It was basically Moshiri openly admitting that he couldn't take us to the next level on his own..

'..the days of an owner/benefactor are seemingly out of reach for most and the biggest clubs are now typically owned by well-resourced PE firms, specialist sports investors or state owned companies and funds.'
.

To save myself misery at a later date, as of today I shall no longer call myself an Everton fan. Such a shame - but I don't want to be associated with these chances in any way. US business practices have no place in a civilisation.

Bolox to professional football.
Embrace the soap opera Chris. They're just the latest plotline to enter the story.

Get a point against Arsenal and I'm dressing like this guy....

Mate in absolute baffled by everyone losing their heads. We’re having to sell players just to survive as it is. Who knows what this lot will be like but we were only going one way with Moshiri anyway.

You should know by now mate, thats what our fans do.

The social media voice/voices of our fansbase are pathectic, cry arese babies, who just love to moan and fume abot everything.

So away from all of rumors and supposition, what are 777 doing / have down that makes them so terrible?
I’ve seen the drug stuff re the head honcho (which I believe he said was from several year ago during his collage years), I’ve seen the protest banners in Belgium (but don’t know why they’re protesting) I’ve seen the clubs that have been relegated soon after they were purchased (but not sure how that’s 777’s fault)
Genuine question from someone who doesn’t know any real reasons to be concerned about this if it’s true?

I have a fundamental (if unfounded) fear of all US ‘investor’ motives and am i bit wary of these quotes about ‘hyper commercialization’ but am uneducated in the reality of this mob.

All the headlines saying we have new owners, Moshiri has sold us etc, are baffling & inaccurate!

They’ve not even gone through the new/ tougher fit & proper owners test yet.

Surely they’d fail this?!
