If its 2 points back (so only 20% back) then I hope we only pay that silk guy 20% of his fee. Cos not being funny, I think I could have argued that the punishment should at least be less than a club receiving 9 points for going into administration.
Be totally everton that next season we get another 8 points, because we went over ffp due to the legal fees we paid to get 2 points back.

Agreed pal. It’s a poor return but if we tried to shirk his fee then he would sue Everton and be pretty good at doing that I feel.

We will just have to take the eight point deduction on the chin and move on.

I believe their is also a legal case going in from supporters group headed up by Matt Stanbury if it also doesn`t go fairly.

This appeal is massive and will potentially dictate whether we have another case to answer.
