I did say, and got shot to F*** weeks ago for it, that the PL will go easy on Forest to avoid appeal. But an appeal seems likely....

If they have grounds to appeal they could get to less than 4, Premier League are a very corrupt organisation and Everton should be taking this shower to the high court.

In their last commission they wrote that any breach is 6 points...

Which is why Everton's response to 6 points still makes my blood boil.

It was the type of response we've come to expect from Everton.

Rather than getting on the front foot and speaking up for the fans, it had more of a hint of them patting themselves on the back.

No one at the club has spoke up for the fans at any point. Its been extremely disappointing.
