They'd hit the treble 20 with a blindfold on if it was us...Independent Commission points penalty calculation formula released:

I'd like to go along with the no appeal = behind the scenes deal - because that would indeed point the way to something similar having happened with our second charge. My mistake. Have to wait for their statement.
I don't think they will though

It's a bandwagon I want to be on, but I agree. Caution stops me leaping aboard.I think its wishful thinking that we won't lose points on the second charge
It's entirely guesswork but another few points is what I expect.what do you think we will get?
Given they're keen on citing EFL rules, mainly because they actually have some, I expect the double jeopardy rule from the EFL may be cited. Whether we want that or not depends on interpretation. If it means we can't get a points deduction this season so we get one next I'd rather have it now! What it should mean is that our 3 year cycle starts the year after our breach, so we're now in Year 2 of 3.Bet we get 6 points deducted. I'm purely guessing
The best bit of PR the club have done that. Forget about the other £100m we were over by...Sorry but how have they only got 4 points deducted when we got 6 and they went over much more than us, plus ours was due to the stadium. Utter joke and totally corrupt. Especially when we will get done again.
We bent over obligingly - as we did in 1985.Me too.
Which is why Everton's response to 6 points still makes my blood boil.
