The Pienaar thing is the AI giveaway - both because he's in the greatest team at all - and because he got "Peanuts" a lot more than "Schillo." Can't say I ever heard Evertonians call him that.

Otherwise, not bad.
Yeah, I think Schillo was more from South Africa/Ajax.

Great little player for us at the time, but not in the pantheon of Everton all time greats, is he?

Isn’t Kendall the most successful manager? Catterick had 3 trophies to Kendall’s 4?
Depends if they take average league position into consideration? Not sure who has the best average league position either. But we did almost get relegated with HK.

Honestly, and I’m ready for the hate, I thought Osman was more effective than Pienaar in that era and Arteta by far the better of the three. Pienaar also tried to jump ship but wasn’t good enough, unlike Arteta who went on to captain Arsenal and win a couple of FA Cups if I recall too.

Anyway, from my age group Pienaar should be binned off for Kanchelskis but my dad would tell me it’s Sheedy all day long.

Would take any one of those three right now tbf. Be a quantum leap on what we have currently.

Apart from Dixie Dean it ignores every player before the mid sixties.
Obviously perfectly shows the flaws of AI since it only culls opinion from the internet and most people only chat about what they have experienced or experiences of people they know ( if that makes sense )
As good as Pienaar was , for example, no way is he an all time great .
