1. Ditch Castore...appoint Robe di Kappa or Ennerre
2. Appoint a world class manager...someone like Diego Simeone (we appointed Carlo, so the argument that we can't appoint Diego is mute)
3. Keep Goodison Park as a listed historical building and allow the EFC women to showcase their goods there
4. Ban Jim Ratcliffe and all Man Utd executives from Goodison Park and BMD...we are the bosses now
5. Create a Golden mile between Goodison Park and BMD...this can be accomplished by demanding that the EFC womens team kick off on Saturday/Sunday mornings thus allowing fans to attend two games on the same day thus creating a Super Saturday/Sunday EFC experience
6. Enter into discussions with Peel holdings immediately and start swallowing them up eventually allowing EFC to control the North End of the City
7. Appoint a world class shirt sponsor such as Toyota...appoint a world class sleeve sponsor such as Gulf oil
8. Create an Everton Constitution...NSNO, always amber as an away shirt (they can mix and match the 3rd kit NEA)...etc, please add any other suggestions here
9. Set up scouting academies in North America, South America, Africa and Asia
10. Conduct a review of the current projected capacity of BMD at once as it clearly will not be adequate enough to cope with demand...my concerns are that it will not be able to be expanded given the current design, especially when you incorporate my 'Golden mile' vision
