Dont really want to see him here next season but has a chance it is up to him to get results and show that he deserves a chance to continue

Not a lot to complain today, won a game deserved, the team was ready for this task, subs could have been planed better, but that's the only thing

We are 16th, yes that's the reality. But it's 3 points to 9th.

Need 4p surely in the next 2 games, ideally 6.

I don’t see why we can’t beat Fulham at home, especially if JB can get back in the starting line up mate.

Jep, actually we can beat them. I can't really classify them yet this year like with West Ham.

We can get out 5-9 points in these 3 games. Would be important to rule out the first 4 games with 0 points, and then I'd say we are back on track also with some distance to the relegation spots for the hard December fixtures.

Toe curling watching the Dyche shaggers all come out the woodwork in celebration because Everton have won their first away game in 10 months against a newly promoted side.

Insufferable.

….these posts really are a total nonsense. I support the manager but like most others, I’ve certainly not ‘been in the woodwork’. Perhaps its more a case today of his detractors being a little upset ;)

Watching Everton this season has been mainly dreadful and Dyche is certainly accountable for that, I was hoping/expecting us to step up a level under him this season but it’s not happened. Today he got it right, his judgement on Keane was spot on and most importantly, I believe the two old fellas Gueye and Doucoure looked better than any combination used so far.

Im still in the Dyche camp because if we had superior players in certain areas today and over this season we'd likely be top 10.

The central midfield with Doucoure, Gana and Mangala in the mix looks really dreadful...as does our right hand side.

DCL and others are getting a decent amount of chances each game so the tactics seem to be working.

January will be an interesting window -- if hes still here and Thelwell is given decent funds to strengthen, we may see a bit more of what Dyche can deliver.

However, even today...why not throw on Dixon & Armstrong for the last 5-10mins?

it is dreadful I agree, not defending Dyche , the squad we have and the state we are in, the protocol has been damage limitation these past couple of years. It’s sad but that’s the club as it is.

A new stadium isn’t suddenly going to change things. What will change things is our new owners hopefully making the right positive changes for a much better Everton on and off the pitch.

We as a club/fan base must use the term “stability “ more than any other. That only gets you so far. It’s progress, that’s what year after year needs to happen.

8 points from the last 12 mate. It's gonna take another horror run of form if he's to be be sacked anytime soon now, isn't it? Surely none of us want that?
Dyche seems to have boom and bust periods. So I wouldn't rule it out.

All I really care about is enough points to stay up over the course of the season.

Under no illusions the footy will be muck, but here we are.

Long-term the club needs an engaged owner and a strategy. Within that strategy sits a manager and recruitment methods.

If Dyche gets us safe to that point, fine.
