2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

No, there are 20 jobs in the PL and neither him or dyche have one of them.

Dyche was a PL manager last season, overseeing Everton through a spell where they received two pts deductions and a possible takeover by a crowd who had no money. All while getting us a derby win that sees us leave Goodison with the same wins as them lot. It’s not been an eternity since he was employed.

Wasn’t good enough this season so he got sacked.
It's this easy really. He was a far better fit than Lampard who would have seen the club relegated with his insistance upon a style that was far too ambitious for the players at his disposal. He saved the club from relegation, then took 48 points before deductions in his second season which again is pretty decent given what he had to work with. This season he wasn't able to cope with the lack of creativity that came with injuries to McNeill and Garner so ended up using DCL to look for set pieces as far up the pitch as possible in some form of rugby union style tactics.

Moyes has come in and shown theres more than one way to skin a cat and he clearly has more in his toolbox than Dyche.

Dychette’s definitely have their own WhatsApp group to try and formulate decent responses and then come up with comparing Dyche to Mourinho.

Using an equally stupid example to highlight the ridiculousness of your own point doesn’t forgive the original complete banal stupidity of your point.

Good run of form, clear of relegation by 13 points, Utd to come on Saturday at home, just showcased our brand spanking new home with an Indication of significant money being invested in playing squad this summer.

Soooo much to look forward to………err why are we arguing about Dyche still?

Make that clear by 13 points my friend

If I were you I’d just log off for the day, compose yourself, and come back tomorrow with some renewed vigour.

Says the bloke arguing a man who has managed in the PL for most of the last 10 years isn’t a PL level manager for no reason at all other than he can’t let go of a man who kept his football team in the league.
