Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

I'd rather get Lindstrom or even that donkey Harrison on loan for a season than spend £10-20mil on Fellows.

Unless hes got some hidden magic im missing then it makes no sense to me. Looks like a (worse) right sided McNeil.
McNeil only uses his left foot. This Fellows lad seems to be able to cross and shoot with both which already is a big difference. He also tops the assists list in Championship.

But I guess the issue is that his name isn't Tony Fellosio.

link to dutch 21 year old striker Emanuel Emegha, he plays in france and has 11 goals so far this season for Strasbourg. No mention of a fee but if we could get him for less than £20m, he has potential to be worth much more if he can score in the premier league.

I think Chelsea are in for him also

The issue is that he runs like he’s got a vat of golden syrup attached to each foot, in the one position where we have plenty of players who run like they have vats of golden syrup attached to their feet, and could do with a couple of players who would clear the travelator in Gladiators with no issues.

FFS Chelsea already have 42 players! is there not a point where the league say they cant sign anymore? I know you can only register 25 (over 21) what are they going to do with all the spares?
Send them out in loan. They will bring in a profit per year, and be more valuable when sold in a few years time.

It’s primarily a making exercise, though has the added benefit of depriving your opposition of good players, whilst taking points off them with better players playing against them who can’t play against you.

He could dance but he couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo...although allegedly he was an Evertonian

You can only send 4 players (over 21) out on loan each season now.
