GOT Wrestle Fest Fan Thread

Anyone else think closing night one of mania doesn’t count as a main event?
I think its starting to go a bit stale WWE currently. Not sure how they will liven it up again though tbh! Rhodes (boring) V Cena will only be worthwhile if Cena wins! Another Rhodes victory will be just garbage..

I want to see McIntyre win the title again and run with it for a while!

Wrestlemania goes on for 4 hours, however there will only be 4-5 matches! They don't half drag some of them out now..

Where as for example, SummerSlam 1991 had 9 matches on the card for a 2hr 45m show!

Do they do two nights of Wrestlemania now? In my day, one night was considered an extravaganza.

I used to love the wrestling in the 80s. Died a death for years in the 90s, then came back with a bang around the turn of the millennium. Died another death for me after that and hasn't done an Undertaker and returned from the dead. I knew I'd lost interest in it when...John Cena was supposed to be a thing. Nah, not for me.

It's actually in pretty decent health at the moment, I'd say. The rise of AEW made the Fed up it's game and sort itself out after quite a few years of being pretty stale and drifting. Vince McMahon being moved aside has been good for business. AEW has since gone of the boil a bit, for various reasons, and WWE is perhaps struggling for decent storyline a bit at the moment, but crowds are big, and there are so many talented performers around these days it's hard for them to all get fair TV time. There are loads of good indie promotions, too.
