No disrespect to James C’s detective work but all of that was clear from the leaked Buro Happold document ages ago & from Meis’ presentations. I guess it confirms that nothing significant has changed in terms of layout.

Because once the carpetbagger has been found out and we are evicted from the site for non-payment, they will tear the stadium down and build flats....(I am joking btw)

At the public roadshows it stated that the dock had to be able to be returned to it's former state should we re-locate.

The only thing that the other bits mention that is new to me is only 3/4 of the dock filled? I don't think I've seen that mentioned anywhere before.

I historically worked for CBRE who are heavily involved in the stadium and tried to get some information on the stadium / plans from former colleagues and I can confirm the info is under lock and key. It looks as though the information barrier has been brilliant executed. I hope the plans aren't leaked prior to the presentations!
