And we were missing half the squad for that one. Also like that our wingers are contributing to the majority of the goals- Doucore snatching some as well. Good sign

Listen I’ve said many times I didn’t want benetiz here but at least he is getting a bit of tune out of a poor squad, that’s had no investment in it. Something Carlo couldn’t do in the last 6 months. It’s early days but at least give the bloke a bit of credit for our start.

I think Benitez knows that if you send the crowd away happy after home game resuts you take a massive amount of pressure off yourself.

Three wins out of three games and he's building up stock amongst the faithful.

He’ll routinely win games exactly like this. We don’t play very well but come away with a 2-0 win against a poor team at home. Used to do it all the time with that other lot. That’s the consistency you need to build seasons.
