Its telling that when Seamus is backed up properly (ie he's bound to get skinned a couple of times in a match these days) how effective he becomes

Seamus is a man of 34 years of age, he is not going to be able to produce displays like today week in week out, the club have failed to replace him in a timely manner but there a those on here who blame him for it. Seamus Coleman is an Everton great, he has been an absolute star for the club down the years, it is not his fault he is getting older. I would appeal to those who criticise him to place the blame for the issues at right back where it belongs, all those who have been in charge and failed to bring in a right back that can play regularly. Stop blaming the player who is going out and putting his reputation on the line to serve the club by giving all he has left.

Targetted by the utd galacticos all game. More scalps for Seamus. Keep fit CAPTAIN and his organisation and experience will keep us up.Old but Gold. He deserves a proper replacement this summer so he can retire gracefully and be used sparingly from next season. Rest your back Captain carrying this team of chancers and fans hopes for too long.

Coleman is the player we go to for the big games such as Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal and Leicester away, when we play with a lower block. I think we need a different answer for the other matches against Leicester, Palace, Brentford and Watford where we need to get on the front and try and take the games by the scruff of the neck. How we do that? Over to you Frank.
