Theres a massive stadium project underway and he has capital invested into the club.

If he would ever sell then it would be with a new stadium and a team in the european spots which could maximise his investment.

From what i can see we would be allowed an £83m loss over three years if we did go down 2 prem years and one championship) and it would be assessed in march 2023. There are also some words in the regs that seem to allow for owner finance being put in to reduce any losses to an acceptable level. Sanctions if there are any are applied in the season the accounts are provided so if there were any penalties applied they would be carried out next season before it ended which could effectively drop teams out of play off or automatic promotion slots.
