I think Frank is a much better manager than the outsiders/media like to portray, but he has had the absolute worst luck with injuries since he’s arrived. I don’t think we’ve had a single match at full health since he’s been hired. I also have zero doubt that he’s never actually wanted to play...

If Chelsea actually ends up offering 60+ mil, we shouldn’t say no. I personally don’t think he makes sense right now for their squad, but that’s an outstanding offer for him. I do think we should be asking for one of Pulisic/Gallagher at least on loan in return though if it does happen.

I’ll be all the way in if they add two forwards who can score before September. Looking at Terrier(perm deal) and Kalimuendo(loan) specifically with those. Getting an attacking midfielder with the final loan to go with those forwards would just be icing on the cake on an incredible transfer...

After watching some video, I really hope Terrier is the guy we can grab with the rest of our permanent transfer budget. Then go grab another backup striker(Kalimuendo?) and an attacking midfielder with our 2 loan spots left.

Can’t forget McNeil as well. We’ve done MUCH better than anticipated, especially if we can get that striker, and maybe another forward in for some more depth up front.

I could definitely see Holgate being the third guy at CB. I just figured Frank would want to be able to run a back 3, while still keeping Iwobi, Mykolenko, and one of Coleman/Patterson in the XI now that we’re adding Gueye/Onana in MF.
