Click edit, start typing in: Goat
Suddenly a little box appears with options. Click on one of those and press enter (or whatever).
Weird. I can't edit tags but if I try to and put something old in, I can make new old ones. That is, if you start writing, say, Goat, a little box pops up underneath with various option. If you click on it, the tag is added.
