Well this seems very very serious. Essentially accusing Wander/777 of fraud? The “house of cards on the brink of collapse” bit worries me. Why do they want us? So they can borrow against us or the stadium to support their rickety empire.
The employees of the club are our people though! I think the point some have made about it is pertinent however, that you're better off just having administration, because with 777 you’d get administration anyway and still have 777. But that’s not really advocating for administration, just that...
I’ve always wondered if this was actually true or not. Didn’t Moshiri turn it down looking for a better offer?
Who knows what interest rate we are paying 777, I assume well over 10%
2.66%!
But they went to the banks and found ‘proper’ lenders. Moshiri went and didn’t get any so carried on anyway. Brave or foolhardy? Time will tell. But it’s more the issue of high risk than timing.
Once we are in the stadium it makes refinancing at reasonable rates much easier to achieve
You’re right the PL has approved the deal provided 777 meet certain criteria. They’ve been unable to do that for 7 months, so you will understand that people might be sceptical!

A source close to EFC told Josimar that the club had enough cash available to honour payroll commitments until the end of the summer
Which is positive news
