    Ferguson Caretaker Manager

Just listened to his press conference, hes incredibly likeable isn't he, speaks so much, down the earth, its refreshing not to be hearing the usual snake oil salesman. He gets it.

    The Villa manager

Haha imagine going over the top about a Kopite manager, shamefull Lucas! lol I’ll save time mate, here’s the spin, the Rafael sniffers will say he downed tools. The no surrender to Occupied Everton’s. Will say he called the obvious depletion of club by a limited, controlling, divisive manager...

    The Villa manager

Id feel that is a fairly strong worded and unfair comment mate and wouldn't agree with the sentiment behind it.

    The Villa manager

II want to smash these tomorrow, Digne, his smug comments after signing him and smug comments today about being surprised our last manager wanted to be here. Smash these. War!!!

    Marcel Brands

Well no body exactly knows the job spec so it’s easy for either of us to speculate mate. Really you come down on the competency of the man or you blame the club and influences. Personally I think he’s more culpable, in any management position you have to set boundaries and authority, and hike...

Its hard to know right at the moment mate. Its where we go from here and whether there is a tangible improvement on recruitment or not. Some of his decisions I think are very questionable and were very undermining for us in terms of player trading. I also felt we were always short in some lines...

He won’t it would torpedo his career, that and the club likely have him tied to a NDA as part of settlement. The last manager is prob fair game now though.

Who's next after Benitez - includes a poll

Then you’d be wrong twice out of five wrongs. Not bad to be fair to you. Duncan is our only hope in my opinion and we have to pray he can get results and hold us in the league until the summer. The names we’re linked with terrify me and convince me that we will be back here in 6 months...

Who's next after Benitez - includes a poll

Cant really remember didn’t we end up paying Watford through the nose for Silva and they dropped their complaint? I don’t want Rooney, i think he’d be blessed to be part of our coaching structure, never mind be our manager. It’s bananas.

Who's next after Benitez - includes a poll

I think you start at ground zero in the summer assuming we survive, with another year of the contracts in the managerial market. Inevitably you have turnover in that time, take your pick really, there will be 100s of names in turnover, or more available as contracts progress and clubs perhaps...

Who's next after Benitez - includes a poll

I know i am, not one candidate fills me with any type of hope. Hoping big Dunc can do well get results and keep it until the summer and not give us a chance to make a haims of it, until we can get to a more open market.

    New DOF

I think it’s a bad thing mate. Two separate things being a competent player and being a competent manager. He hasn’t shown anything in my opinion on his managerial competency to be given the important task of keeping us up, at a club this size, in fact risks all over the show. Even in the...

    New DOF

Its bananas mate. Think about it if he never played for Everton or football and his name was Dave Smith, would we be trying to employ him as a manager - no way. So why is it a good idea, it’s clearly not.
