6 + 2 Point Deductions

for a bit of balance. We're blinded by loyalty sometimes

Hate this guy so much cant wait till cuty get done he is a nob. Hopefully city get the book thrown at them not that i think they will
This works very well for us, our wages are only 92% of our revenue.

So we can pass now to start to build a team now still fixed for the top clubs but is just about us trying to improve and get stronger now

Scab 6 still ruling the gaff, making up the rules to suit them and them alone, even after trying to destroy the English game with the ESL.

The 14 clubs are a disgrace for voting such none competitive nonsense through, none more so than Everton, especially after what the league has done to us this season.

Football has truly eaten itself.
Sad thing is every club is just in it for themselves is going to be a closed shop at the top. For me now with the new rules and the state of the league is just trying to get the max money from the new stadium increase the sponsor deals and just get us up the table

I'm sure this was probably raised in the first few pages and plenty of times later but can anyone explain why the 105 mill for the 2nd rolling 3 year period didn't increase. In line with inflation cost of living etc etc
It’s a very good question. I still believe the £105 million for the 3 year ending 23/4 won’t be elevated.

Find it hard to believe that the vote was unanimous. Why would any of the 14 vote for something that clearly favoured the scab 6. The gap will just increase even more and it was already impossible to close the gap. Something amiss with it all.

They've obviously threatened them with leaving for the super league.

"Let them go..." - right, who's plugging that revenue to stop Everton from going out of business?

Same question to "throw the book at City". OK, so kick them out and they set the Super League in motion and the others have to join them for the revenue. Same question

Because they want their guaranteed money from the league and are petrified the 6 decide to look at alternative leagues and take that lovely cash with them

Player salaries are completely out of control and killing football.
Really is this simple. Looking at the club finances as they've come in, almost everyone at every level is just bleeding cash. No matter what level of the pyramid and whatever your goals it costs too much money to assemble and pay a squad capable of meeting those goals. Unless you can generate substantial transfer profits it's a fundamentally lossmaking business. Players are simply paid too much.

So next year the same rules apply or is that not right ?

Anyone know what our position is ? Do we still need a big sale (or two ?)?
We certainly need a big sale, we just need the right person to want us.. Mosh + Dyche can do one. And The car boot sale can come after and reduce our wages.

Even with all the debt there must be the right buyer out there somewhere, this is Everton for gods sake...
