2024/25 James Tarkowski

Good to see so many posters doing a 180 on Tarks after slagging him off for most of the last couple of seasons, even if it only based on one cracker of a goal and not his overall contribution to the club since he joined.
Always gives 100%, always cares, always fights, and always puts himself out there when lesser players would cry off with niggles. At times the job has meant trying to carry the back four which has meant him overplaying and having to be over aggressive to compensate, but the team would have struggled without him these last few years.

Just glad some are coming around to giving him the recognition he richly deserves. Always one of our top three performers (well except for the last cup game perhaps)

All for opinions... but let's not re-write history.

To be honest, I don't like his unexpected unforced error which happens from time to time; duck his head, not jump, stand still, stop running, missed pass and etc.
I don't mind if he gets beaten by faster and stronger players or more talented players though.
So I wish Jake take the centre stage next season along with Jarrad.

Well, he got 36 hours as the hero before the calls to be dropped.

Every defender on earth does that.
