I think we showed great character together, a battling performance which is needed in a relegation scrap. I just hope we can show this grit in future away matches, and hopefully get a few points rather than relying on just home victories. Honestly don't get the outcry about the performance...

Honestly I don't see the panic on the CB front. We have Holgate who has proved capable many times - and Gibson too, who is clearly going to be one of our future stars. So if Mina/Keane gets injured, we do have decent cover.

I think that the LB and AML were both positions in dire need of new players. Digne will easily replace Baines (great servant, but is showing age catches everyone), and Richarlison has already made the AML his own. Lookman looks a good sub, but I'm not sure if he can start week in-week-out yet...

I think Kev being loaned out is is the biggest clue yet that Lookman is staying. Why release him if you are going to lose your other Left Winger?
