Sky Sports News understands the deal will cost United £45m plus £5m in add-ons, which are understood to be based on appearances, with the player himself earning more than £80,000 a week.
Dont think we woukd get any bar Gelhadt, but I think a stint in the championship be good for him.
Harrison is a good player, under the radar, in my opinion.
Hes the wide version of Stuart Barlow.
Id go for Raphinha, Gelhardt, Philipps and some of the young players stepping up from u23 level.
Wan Bissaka is a good player.
In theory we could have him as the right 'wide' centre back in a 3...also in a 4 he and Mykolenko as more balanced full backs...
Not necessarily a bad thing. We want attacking fullbacks because of how we played under Moyes. We don't need to play that way going forward and I'd say having 2 competent wide forward players would mean we don't need attacking fullbacks as much and would even benefit from them being a bit more...
I can't imagine wan bissaka is one of man utds higher earners. They signed him after a few seasons at Palace and he was really young. I'd expect something between 80k-100k he's on now? Is that much these days?
It's not just the transfer fee. It's the wages that come with any United player.
Holistically I think it's hard to guess what might happen in the summer. Will some of the bigger name players want to stay? Maybe but will those with 2 years left on their current deals want to extend after a...
Wan Bissaka was a key part of United's good 2019 and 2020 seasons. Their defence conceded similar figures to Liverpool and City. He would be a good full time player with Patterson playing cup games and Coleman as last resort.
All day. Patterson is maybe not ready yet. If we could get wan bissaka on loan with obligation to buy, I'd be all over it. Plus, it'd mean we don't ever have to watch Coleman again.
