Honestly surprised more clubs haven't done this. Especially the Man Utds/Citys/Chelsea(they kind of have one tho).
United tried it, didnt really work out, I know Chelsea have that deal with Vitesse, not sure if they still do, but City have something similar, granted not really European based, the Watford fellas and Leicester have partner teams also.
But yeah, nobody else really does it the way Redbull do.
I’m thinking Ragnick was already telling Ten Haag about which players did him in when he was manager and who needed booting, and probably felt he wasn’t getting listened to, so decided to move on
Nar I think they just probably want somebody who will focus on United rather than the team they manage.
