£15 Million to Pick Hibbert

Player Valuation: £20m
If reports are true then Moyes is about to sign a new 5 year deal worth £15 Million. I have been accused of knee jerk reactions over his recent decisions but I think there is a concerning trend with him. Hibbert is a very poor player. He does tackle back well but generally it is to recover from a mistake by himself. He should not be playing.DM has Neville or Jags to go there. I don't go along with the lack of numbers arguement because we can cover these positions and midfield easily. It was the same with David Weir a couple of seasons ago. He continually made bad and expensive mistakes but carried on being picked. Moyes is too conservative for me. Yes, he has brought us a long way but that was from being a bad side. His tactics are poor and defensive. His football can be mind numbing at times. He has bought some good players along the way but now we should e looking to the next level. We need to play some more adventurous football(not 4-3-3 by the way) and if Moyes can't do it then we need to look elsewhere. There is increasing lack of confidence in him and this has to change. Negative from myself I know but enough is enough. Hibbert out!

With all due respect you can paint any picture you wish to fit your perspective but at what point have you addressed how much better we are under DM than any manager in the last 20 years. He deserves and has earned the going rate, if he thinks that Hibbo will do the job for him then I'll go with that as I trust him, pity you don't.

Im not in the Moyes out squad but he does have a point.

Why:

1 - Persist to play Hibbert at right back when he's clearly gash?
2 - Persist to play two defensive midfielders when its clearly gash?

He's a quality manager. With Murinho out I only think that Wenger and Sir Alex are better than him. He's on par with Erikkson, Onion man and Big Sam. I'd say he's a top 5 Prem manager.

1. because both his other right backs are in midfield?
2. because there isnt a lot of choice at the moment?

Listen mate you have an opinion you say what you want you care just like i do but i believe david moyes will get it right he has brought us so far in 5 years but there will be teething problems,i don,t think hibbert is good enough at right back either but when do you 100 per cent agree with every bit of team selection when your side is not winning i would say never.
There are thousands of fans who will all pick different combinations for our starting 11 today but the only one that matters is david moyes cos he,s getting paid to do it,yes its [Poor language removed] at the moment but he will get it right don,t forget he is only human and will make mistakes like all of us.

1. Neville plays better at RB than in the midfield
2. we have stubbs, cars, pienaar, jags, osman,ARTETA (of course),Gravessen, that is enough to send Neville to RB without worrying about our midfield too much.

Don't get me wrong, i may not understand why Moyes is doing this and it is my opinion that hibbo should be out but if moyes has a good reason for it, i trust him.

15 million. i think if we have that much money to spend on a manager then moyes should be very nervous.

Complete and utter bullshit. Moyes has had a bad run sure, but so has every other manager in the entire world of soccer. To give up on moyes now would effectively doom Everton to mid table medicroty for a long time to come.

scolari or hiddink? 15 million on moyes it is then.

i don't think for a second moyes is being offered that kind of money.
