For me there is no intent until we start spending big money. For far too long now we only seem to spent on or around the amount we make for player sales. This means we constantly have to resign old past it players because we have no cash to replace. This stagnates the team

What annoys me is that we knew lukaku was going but we don't see to have had a plan to replace him. We have this 60m fund in china to buy players with if we don't have enough cash (which we should have with this tv deal but ok) yet we sold him before replacing him.

Now teams will hold us to ransom but also we go into the season without a top striker

Plus various young players for the U23's from other clubs.
