Taken from the office of national statistics:
"The gap is relatively small up to, and including, the 30-39 age group (with the exception of the 16-17 age group). In fact, the gap is negative for the 22-29 and 30-39 age groups, meaning that women earn on average more than men. Thereafter, there is a relatively large positive gap."
That website is arguing that there is a pay gap so it's hardly a biased article. I think what people are arguing here is the causes. @Tree13 answered it brilliantly.

That's all that needed linking to, although your interpretation is wrong. Pay inequality exists due to multiple factors, and discrimination is one of those factors.

To say it doesn't exist is what I had a problem with, as it basically indicates you hate women and refuse any acknowledgement that there may be a sexist element as to why such a large pay gap exists.
I could be stranded on a remote island with nothing but that document as reading material and I'd use it to wipe my arse. I'm not part of this debate. I will say that even the one solitary paper you linked to actually says it has no clue whatsoever what impact discrimination has on the pay gap. But I don't believe you've read it, as it's not in the form of a YouTube video, so I'm not surprised you have no awareness of that.
