Like I said, clearly you don't understand that the pay gap statistic is from all men and all women in full time work. But once you account for all the factors, education, hours worked etc. The pay gap disappears.

Can I see an academic paper that says this is the case please? Something that breaks down the entire pay gap into all of these factors, and explains all of the variations across regions in any given state, and conclusively states that gender bias plays no part whatsoever in this and the pay gap "disappears" when all these factors are counted for.
