2024/25 Relegation Thread

I believe there are 4 tiers of this league.
Us being in tier 4 which consists of teams that are absolutely woeful

Tier 1
- Man City
- Arsenal
- Liverpool
- Spurs
- Chelsea

Tier 2
- Aston Villa
- Man Utd
- Brighton
- West Ham
- Newcastle

Tier 3
- Crystal Palace
- Brentford
- Nott Forest
- Fulham
- Bournemouth

Tier 4
Everton
Wolves
Saints
Leicester
Ipswich

Nice to see Wolves goal difference take a bit of battering.

Yes, just two games of the season have gone!

Wolves need some signings and fast. Dawson back in their defence will settle them down. Ait-Nouri had one of those days where he just wanted to play central midfield and forgot if you're an LB you primarily need to be playing in that position.

They had a poor start last season, think it was 4 defeats in their first 5 and then picked up so we'll see if the same happens again but Gary O'Neil has proved himself a good manager at this level.

Could say all that about us mate.

Without our deduction we had more points then them.

Can’t massively disagree with this although maybe generous to Brentford who finished beneath us last season despite the 8 point deduction.

They’ve since sold their best defender and best attacker and haven’t spent much of the money either.

Cunha and Hwang are solid enough players for counter attack, new CF Larsen also scored today. We can only hope Ndiaye and Lindstrom make a similar impact once they've given a proper chance.

Wolves obviously need some new defenders as they were wide open all game and Chelsea ruthlessly exploited that.
