2024/25 Relegation Battle (Without Everton!)

Will achieve nothing in itself. That squad is desperately short in so many areas it's unreal.

Fullback, Centre-Half and central midfielders with even average PL level footballing competence. Mykolenko, Tarkowski, Doucore, Gueye and Harrison should be nowhere near a PL side yet are pretty much guaranteed games for us.

Bin Dyche by all means but if the next manager doesn't get at least 3 first team ready players in January they will struggle horrifically. The cut-to-the-bone recruitment policy has really hit home this year.

The next manager will hopefully have Garner and Tim fit so at least they'll be opportunity for them to drop Doucs. Mini scandal how he's wormed his way back in as undroppable player again despite producing nowhere near what he was during 2023.

Perhaps the next manager will do something radical like Ndiaye at number 10. Again send Harrison back and get in a proper wide player who can actually run. All the top half teams have at least one.

binning dyche gives us a chance at winning games

that’s what’s needed

others are catching us

but hey let’s keep dyche

you deal with the here and now

and fix the rest at another point

The fact people are pinning hopes on Iroegbunam shows how bad this squad is. Promising young player but ultimately a makeweight in a FFP workaround.

only myself to blame was getting some confidence we could get out of it now place 3 points behind wolves 2 points behind. Going to be out of us anf the promoted sides, just lost for words, how this is the football we watch this season f pathetic cant attack or even cross the football

Wolves have real momentum now, they'll give Forest a better game at home next Monday than this lot attempted.

Luckily Leicester look like nosediving again but they possibly sack Van Nistelrooy around February to attempt another bounce, I don't know. They also have a decent last 5-6 games so their only aim is to stay in touch with 17th which is more than likely going to be this club.

Palace moving away as most expected so people going to be disappointed if they think they're still a legitimate option to get relegated. They'll finish on about 46 points.

He showed potential at the start of the season. Not saying he should be starting every game but just fresh legs, same with Garner who will hopefully be in contention next weekend.

Add in 2-3 new faces which is the minimum expectation I'd say for next month.

Getting 2 or 3 half decent PL level players gives us a much better chance. If the right person is already lined up and players also for January then by all means go for it tomorrow.

Anything less is a spectacular bin fire.
