live game on national/world tv
Nobody cares. They are more bothered about claiming that Godfrey intentionally stamped on their right backs face for no reason. (He didn't of course).

All that protest night would do is make the national/world TV audience go "oh that's a bit weird isn't it?"Nobody gives a toss about us other than ourselves.

hence the “ourselves” are atleast trying

All good mate. Sorry tonight didn't really go as was hoped, but you did what you thought was right for the club, and no-one can fault you for that.

I logged onto the tw*tter conversation for half an hour a couple of evenings ago, and, though the lads who spoke, spoke well, I got the impression it was a bit of an echo chamber ? I used to be a union rep, and it reminded me of some meetings I went to, in that it was all well and good coming up with plans for strike action, but you had to be very sure that you could take the membership with you or you ended up looking weak, which maybe is a lesson to learn ?
I agree if I’m honest. i think we over estimated social media . At the same time the loudest the crowd got was in the 27th minute . So people got the message but they chose to ignore it or are happy to settle for less.

still though this has made the board squirm , moshiri’s absence tonight speaks volumes .

this is only the start .

something needs to be done
Yeah maybe. I have not hidden my thoughts about our owner.

Convoluted things like tonight though are worthless. Loads in the ground wouldn't be aware of it, loads in the ground wouldn't even be able to do it as they will even struggle to get to their seat in the first place, loads of old people, loads of kids in the ground. Even the number 27 is debatable. I wont knock anyone for caring enough (I may question some of the issues but whatever) but the simplest protest is always the easiest protest. Don't go to a game, don't buy anything, write on a bedsheet etc. You cant even take a photo of a walk out to plaster over the papers the next day!

The protest planning committee needs to go back to basics. Get some scally to go surfing on the back of Moshiri's car, that worked for Johnson!

I don't get the sneering/ mocking of the protest. Sure it wasn't a mass walk out and I never really thought it would be but it has highlighted the dissatisfaction of the fans and has got the media talking about the club.
It has been an uncomfortable week for the hierarchy of the club with Brands having to fall on his sword and by all accounts Moshiri not even having the bottle to attend.
To all those involved with the protest I would like to thank you for your efforts don't be disheartened and keep up the fight for change.

It didn't help that we almost scored at about 26:50.

lol spray paint it!

I went down to the concourse in the Street End on 27 minutes. Anything that highlights this totally useless board gets backing from me.

But I certainly wouldn't criticise anyone who decided it wasn't for them.

I stayed where I was, and the crowd had a great reaction to get behind the team. Turned into the best atmosphere I’ve heard for a while.

But likewise, I ain’t criticising any paying fan who wanted to do otherwise, a few round me did. I get it. But I think more people would get onside with a before or after game statement.
