you could argue that they have been on an upwards trajectory since then having almost qualified for the champions league last season and are currently 2nd favourites to win the Europa League this season. We also never really struggled again them at home but have lost our last two league home games against them without scoring a single goal. I think the last time we lost back to back home games in the league against west ham was in 1929-1930

I'm not against it bringing down thsi board, but we all know what the stunt's really about: getting shut of the manager.

The bulk of any protestors will be smiling and accepting this board as long as they had some cone layer in the dugout...and that is the truth of it.

I disagree.

During the broadcast Wednesday when the subject of fan discontent came up there was plenty of discussion that fans were upset at the board, not just Benitez.

I think this will be reflected in the coverage Monday eve/ Tuesday morning.
