People will say it's the wrong time no matter when people plan something

It's just an easy excuse for people who support the board, and I don't buy it at all. It's getting very tiresome actually.
No they won't, thing is why was there no.protests at the very start of this season? Or last season when the owner provided a 1.8 budget?

Because the ridiculous support the team narrative was winning the argument against protests back then. It's only in recent weeks that the swell of opinion has finally, and decisively, turned against the board.

And people have also realised that you can support the team without supporting the board. Unfortunately it took years for people to realise this.

There were protests in July 2022, prior to the seasons starting. Protests haven't really stopped at all.

In the summer of 2021, the 'owner' did not provide a '1.8 budget'. The club were under a Premier League transfer embargo for breaching Profit & Sustainability rules. The club needed permission before signing players. It caused embarrassment to the Premier League and Everton were forbidden from signing players without permission. They eventually signed Gray and Townsend for £1.7 million (for Gray specifically).

It has but that doesn't mean everyone will support a protest now

No one is being forced to support anything. If people don't support the protest then they are free to ignore it and not attend. But they don't have the right to tell others they should call off the planned protest.

And you will never find total 100% support for or against any issue. It's a free country.

Interesting to note I mentioned this yesterday in regards to Reading, Farhad has done to us what there owner did to them, what a mess.
But however it happened a 1.8m budget was criminal and should of seen mass protesting, it didn't, saying that too many were shamefully sulking about Farhads choice of nanager to see the bigger picture

I'm finding that poster extremely irritating with some of the obvious stuff its coming out with

People can protest if they wish to. No one is forced to. Its a voluntary peaceful protest. Thankfully people in the fanbase have seen what we are dealing with in this board. Particularly Bill Kenwright and Denise Barrett Baxendale.

Even the editor of GrandOldTeam has said tonight, he 'does not trust Everton' (the club)

Richarlison told the club he wanted to leave, and he left. Fair enough. Fans understood it and appreciated his massive contribution.

Gordon did the same but apparently has been a idiot to force the transfer.

I say apparently because none of us know the reality/facts there.

I don't think Everton play him anyway - when did he last start for us? surely we all know and agree he had to be sold?

Do we risk him in training? One hefty challenge and that's us goosed.

If we didn't sell him, we don't buy anyone and we get relegated.

I don't trust Everton. If they'll throw us Infront of a bus, they'd do the same to an asset they need to sell. No doubt.

It was appalling what they did. Thrown their own fans Infront of a bus for self preservation.

Fundamentals haven't changed to what they've said though so they shouldn't come back to Goodison for the foreseeable. A lot of pundits made that point "well if they can't attend that game when can they?" and it's true.

Well let's just hope everyone is sensible and gives 100% focus on support of the players, because what happened with the chanting after Brighton was pathetic, and that was even before the harassment outside

The chasing of players by a handful of idiots was a disgrace, but the protest itself was dignified and peaceful.

What chanting was pathetic? Sack the board?
