Probably been pointed out before but I can't be arsed wading through 1320 pages, but two 6 point deductions won't be the end of the world. We only go down 2 points from where we are now (get 4 back from the previous deduction). Forest on the other hand get 6 deducted so we end up moving up a place and they become in a far worse position. Luton's home defeats to Burnley and Sheff Utd are game changers.

We have been charged with another breach, after being charged and found guilty of a previous breach. That statement is more likely true than nonsense.
The fact we have re offended after getting a points deduction could lead to another points deduction and I wouldn’t hold your breath we are getting any points back from the originally one. They want us out of the league and they don’t want us as their problem anymore.
You were on here defending Farhad Moshiri the other day and now you’re on here saying we’ve “reoffended” (we haven’t, we’ve been charged for the same losses we’ve already been charged for previously), make your mind up.

I think you need to get behind the club. This is an injustice.
As I understand it the premier league changed the rules during the time frame of the original charge. Then used the new rules to charge us for the period when the previous rules were in place.
Everton thought they were working openly with the premier league to the original rules and did not expect to get charged for this period.
If this is the case I think a good lawyer will get something back for us.

Regardless, it’s all conjecture. I’m working on the basis that we’ll get another -10 and so will Forest.
They shouldn’t settle for any points deduction.

We can’t get to a point where we’re shrugging off such nonsense as normal and accepting it. We have to fight them all the way and make a mockery of their product if necessary. Treat it with the contempt it deserves.

Big weekend coming up. We SHOULD have heard about the first deduction, we COULD beat Palace when relegation rivals will be getting bummed and we COULD therefore be several places up the table!

….all good and well but that would be after the event. The 2nd deduction will be before the end of the season, protests won’t change the outcomes.
