Stefan borson is a whopper. Amazing what passes for an expert these days. He gives the esk a run for his money.

If you read the two sections I screenshotted then no that is not the "only way it can be read" at all. There is no mention of a minor breach involving the lower threshold at all. There is discussion of how an IC might treat a minor breach, so obviously they contemplate it would be charged, otherwise the point would be moot. They define a "significant breach" as being one tens of millions over the upper threshold so it would be reasonably to define a minor one as £1 - £10 million over the same threshold. The only way it can be read is that minor breeches fall between £15 million and £105million ( adjusted depending on time in PL within any 3 year rolling period) the “ significant territory seems to be when clubs are charged as opposed to just providing information and even then using the Forest Written reasons as a guide the IC don’t seem to be in a position to differentiate between the sum over £105 million be it £10 million or 10% over or £220 million and 125 or whatever % over which is maddness
Wasn't he the Finance Director at Man City when they went on a massive spending spree , hence the 115 charges labelled at them ?Stefan borson is a whopper. Amazing what passes for an expert these days. He gives the esk a run for his money.
Everton lost any right to be annoyed when we rolled over and had our belly tickled over the appeal. We should've dragged it out through the high court, but we got on our knees and thanked the premier league for their punishment.Basically the consensus now is, it’s our own fault and we need pipe down.
Yup.Basically the consensus now is, it’s our own fault and we need pipe down.
For a far bigger loss than we got done for.........it's farcical..Its hysterical how forest are outraged by their 4 point deduction. Boo hoo

No.
He was there before they got taken over.
He is an expert and is well informed. But well informed opinion is just that, opinion and it won’t always work out that way
We had better not, in fact in light of the Forest decision to be given a lesser punishment for a bigger loss I'd be looking into getting more points off the first punishment, go through proper courts if we must.Hopefully a quick handshake job with the league. We say we will accept 4 or less and not appeal
