I know he is a prat but he has been quite close with his previous predictions re Forest and our appeal
I reckon it’ll be a suspended points deduction.It'll be 2.
Or 0.
ah FFS, you haven't got a clue eitherCould even be 4
Or 5.
Maybe even 3.
we dont want a suspended deduction, if we go over again next season we'll have the suspended points and the new ones. Accept nothing, fight fight fight it all the wayI reckon it’ll be a suspended points deduction.
Maybe 4, now Forest have lowered the precedent.
I just can’t see how they can justify us shouldering a double deduction in one season.
I’m not sure what we want is top of their priorities list.we dont want a suspended deduction, if we go over again next season we'll have the suspended points and the new ones. Accept nothing, fight fight fight it all the way
I just don’t think they will give us anything that could potentially be reduced on appeal (given the absolute car crash that could cause at seasons end). So I’ll guess 3. 4 at absolute worst.
ah FFS, you haven't got a clue either
Does he think City have a case to answer?Has this amazing ability to make it sound like Everton have 115 charges and City 1. Find him an irritating arrogant little sh!t.
Hopefully Goat, I know that at the time of the charges @The Bobble said ours was a minor breach compared to Forest's major breach. So if our loss is less than last time or less than theirs in total it has to be zero points, also their comission were not as draconian as the one we had so maybe that could be a positive thing.I dont see how they can give us more than 6 points.
But as I said, if we breached for less than 20million, that does give them scope to give us zero.
I think it’s obvious from the fact that the entire league stopped spending money the second someone actually got done for it that they all know they’ve been taking liberties. There was a good feature in The Guardian yesterday about Brighton and it talked a lot about their finances in light of the past two seasons when they made a huge profit.
But it also showed that there was a three year period not long before that where Brighton lost £200 million.
Makes me think that we are hardly alone in being useless with our finances. Just possibly the first to be stung as we pushed it just that bit too far.
Am sick of the footballing community pulling their plonker over Brighton. There was a good feature in The Guardian yesterday about Brighton and it talked a lot about their finances in light of the past two seasons when they made a huge profit.

I didn't realise how generous that Brighton chairman had been to the club. He's owed almost £400 million but he seems to have zero interest in getting the money back, just happy to help Brighton out.I think it’s obvious from the fact that the entire league stopped spending money the second someone actually got done for it that they all know they’ve been taking liberties.
I'm thinking 3 points would be a fair result both ways,
