You've overlooked so many, umpteen matters, violations, just one example being the punishment given to the Super League 6, other clubs transgressions.

It's beyond parody that you could argue such as scenario.

Great. I mean I’m happy to be wrong. But I did think it was the independent commission that told us we was having points docked. I’m not talking about other teams or other scenarios. I get the premier league is corrupt, I’ve said it for years. But in this scenario the commission has punished us, not the premier league?

Everton broke the rules across three seasons (19/20, 20/21 and 21/22), and in a different season Leicester were relegated.

If anyone has any claim for compensation (they don't, if we are getting a points deduction), then it is the team who finished 18th in 21/22

I was at that game in Leicester. They had a penalty and could have put the game to bed. Pickford stood still and collected the ball, they blew it. Then we scored and took a draw. Even my Leicester mates who took me to the game admitted that we deserved it…..

Yep the commission punished us but with some clear influence from the Premier League & the commission was far from independent! I think they were appointed by the Premier League!

Yes I do think they are. However as far as I am aware the premier league haven’t done anything other than appoint an independent commission whom have then taken us to town. However I do get the argument that it was hardly independent. Again, I would rather be wrong so I’m happy about that. I’ve said for years the league wanted us gone and out of their hair, ever since the war in Ukraine. Too many things have gone against us on and off the field for it to just be random. Everything from handball decisions, pitch invasion fines, manager fines, penalties, var, and now this.
