I don't really care either way, but I think it's strongly likely. If the Premier League has tried to cripple Everton, and I think parts of the judgement strongly hint that they did, it just doesn't suit them to pull silly little stunts like not putting Everton fifth in a five-game form table. They know how stupid it makes them look.

It's a good job they didn't check the last 6 games form table where we were 2nd, or last 10 games form table where we were 4th and only checked the last 5 games form table where we should be 4th but couldn't be arsed sticking us in.
