Its as bad as them acting like we only started to play well or won since that deduction, when we have played very well all season bar the odd gameProper getting on my nerves the media saying Everton have wiped out the 10 point deduction. ONLY AN APPEAL WILL OR WONT CHANGE THE DEDUCTION![]()

Yeah the problem with this made up narrative is if / when we get some points back the story from other clubs is that it’s unfair because we were “galvanised” by the deducted points to win more then we get some back so we’ve actually won out. It’s nonsense (we were on a good trajectory before the deduction) but it’ll stick. The typical gutter Sky Serf interviewers asking:
“In a converse way has the point deduction been a good thing”
No you absolute dodgy quiff, over make up‘d, fake tanned belters.
That’s what’s annoying me the most. We have been playing excellent for the majority of the season. Its as bad as them acting like we only started to play well or won since that deduction, when we have played very well all season bar the odd game
Not sure the legitimacy of it or where I read it, but I read there was a maximum amount of points that could be deducted for a single infringement, and if memory serves right it was something like 13 points.I posed this a couple of weeks ago almost in jest but the biggest threat to us now is them switching this to a heavy fine or a transfer ban.
I know there’s a principle (and place money) involved but is there a genuine argument to shelve the appeal? They’ll try to shaft us any way they can and they’ll know a transfer ban would maybe appear more lenient but will shaft us more than the points.
You can shove your points deduction up your a**e.
