Going into administration would wipe all the debt. So if we get hit with another massive points deduction then genuinely we’d be better off in the long run going into administration and sticking two fingers up to all the crooks that are waiting on loan repayments from us.

This finally kills us I think. The further uncertainty it creates is devastating for the takeover. If 777 falls through now no one fills the void and we go into administration before the season is out

Even if we survive how are we ever going to pass one of these things. Anyone worth their salt will be sold and not suitably replaced and we will be canon fodder next season.

If you buy the shares in the company you own the stadium, you could use it for whatever purpose you wanted. Yes its configured for football but the new owners could modify it for other purposes

Like what? There are no big rugby teams in the area. It would be a big white elephant eating up money in running costs.

It could very well be a white elephant, hell it could be anything really. Remember in administration and liquidation it could be sold at a far less amount than what it cost to build, someone could very well pick it up for way less than market value and modify it for whatever purposes. They could turn it into a multi level car park if they pick it up cheap which generally happens in a fire sale.
