He has mis-spent - but I really don't know what that has to do with the PL. He can invest what he wants, its his company.

Except he can’t… there are rules , rightly or wrongly there are rules in place .. there have been for years and for all clubs yet because he wanted to play real life footy manager … he just didn’t care .
