if true, it'll surely mean forest get at least 6 for their 1st charge?

Why would second charge be scrapped? Unless they have accepted mitigation on the first charge which means we haven’t breached for the 2nd charge.

But accepting mitigation for the first charge would essentially mean we didn’t breach the first time round either so any punishment should be entirely removed.

Thing is, if the source for them all is the same, and it's WhatsApp originating, I won't get too excited.

It's still a rumour, but it does sound realistic, and I'd see it as a small victory if we were to scrap the second charge. It's still a huge injustice losing 6 points though.

Overall, this would be disappointing as we'd deffo still have three months of relegation 'torture' in front of us and watching five matches every weekend as if they were FA cup finals.
