If it's anything above 2; it's an absolute farce.

The Forest case seemed to establish that a breach was 3 points automatically. Then additional points for scale after that. The 4 was due to mitigation, which was accepted by the panel.

Make it up as they go along don't they?

How did we get literally 150% more than Nottingham Forest for going over by less?

They got good behaviour, yet we've worked closely with the PL for years and apparently didn't comply sufficiency to have points reduced?

Should be 0; but at least there is consistency with 2.

Nothing has been consistent about these rulings. The PL recommendations, the panel rulings and their reasoning has been all over the place.

I wouldn't be surprised by anything at this stage.

Don’t want to read the report and see our defensive was weak and flaccid again like the first hearing. Definitely want to see claimed mitigations including having to play for months under the pressure of a 10 point penalty, to then be told by an independent body it was WRONG and based on errors by the IC.

And a mitigation mentioning the size of our breach/punishment compared to Forest’s. This hearing can’t affect our first charge, but they should be forced to take it into account, particularly when the Forest report states clearly they had no idea how our 6 points was arrived at.

Be sickening if we just go “but but but stadium”. We have a perfectly valid argument on fairness.
