Wander was served with the subpoena all the way back in early November! He's been avoiding a deposition since then, mainly it seems by being out of the USA watching Everton games.
A couple of days after the motion to compel was filed by Nina Adgal, Wander filed to have the court records sealed.
Safe to say he doesn't want this being public knowledge.
