Most of the debt is the cost of the stadium. If there is such a thing as "good" debt, that's it. A mortgage leading to potential increased revenue. The rest is the money we wasted on players and managers. That is very "bad" debt.

Funny enough the fact that the land is worth so little might be the one thing that means there might be a chance that there continues to be a football presence at GP. I've said before but surely there is a way we could turn the pitch 90 degrees so the Park End is a touchline. Knock down the 3 other stands and sell half the site for housing. Could have the youth team, under 21's, and ladies based there.

It’s not good debt if it costs more to service the debt than the additional revenue the stadium brings in. Ok, you get long term debt refinancing, but you need to not be a basket case first. We seem to have built a fixed price £500m stadium for only £850m. Only Moshiri
